But then again most startups do have been in the business of Outsourcing Software Product Development. So maybe its not all that different from what youre doing. Its just so hard to be successful because the whole process is based on creating and maintaining control over the projects source code.Its easy to get caught up in the work involved in developing software and never really focus on your goals or see the results as you want them. You might well be able to deliver On Point with your agreements and milestones but when it comes time to close down the business youll first need to understand yourself.
