Auctor.com is a very poor company. I have been working for them for less than a year and it has been a waste of time and money. The service has been terrible and the staff are all lazy. I have had to watch other services in order to find what this one is. Auctor.com is not worth the money you spend.

Auctor.com is a terrible company. I have had nothing but trouble with them lately. One time they were able to get my account locked down and never work again.. another time they charged me for a service that I did not ask for and was never actually provided. Overall I have had great trouble with Auctor.com but unfortunately have had most of their services nixed by different customers who have also had the the same results.

I have had several issues with company auctor.com and their customer service. The 1st issue was when I sent an email asking for a refund my account was immediately termination. The 2nd was when I received a call from customer service and the entire conversation was over the phone. The 3rd issue was even worse. I sent an email requesting a credit be added to my account and the product that I bought was not available at the store that I went to. The 4th issue came when I checked my account after getting a call from customer service and it showed that there were no products left in the collection plan What is this about I signed up for a cell phone plan so that I could have access to the internet then got pulled away by customer service into feeling like I needed to re-add products to my account. This has been going on for months now and I have yet to get a response from company Auctor.com whatsoever
