I have worked with this company a few times now and the last time was very bad. They were able to help me out with a problem with mySharePoint product but then would not be able to help me about another problem that I had. I should have been break them into different services so I could have tried to fix both problems.

I have worked with this company before and was a bit disappointed because they were an absolute mess. Now Im back and my expectations have been raised.Aufaittechnologies is still working towards having a good support experience. They are very responsive to customer questions and problems they face but you can tell they are still learning as well. For example when I had a problem with my account for the first time in the 2 years Ive been using them they didnt have much of a solution than just send me a new account even though I told them I wanted a new account set up as my old one was going to be around for at least another year. They did fix the problem after that but it was something I would like to have seen sooner rather than later.Still Aufaittechnologies is looking good on their website and sheerslyeofford at time of writing this review.
