I have recently joined Augusta IT Guys and have been told by one of their employees that they are a bad company. I find it hard to believe that a company such as THIS could be worth so much to someone like me after only using them for a fraction of their market share.Since joining Ive had to work hard to get the right resources and resources trying to figure out how this is possible. The first time around they didnt give me the support I needed and was always eager to please my needs with servicessupport. Now Im able to at least know what servicessupport I can expect each week.If youre looking for a company that is passionate about helping people manage their business then you wont enjoy your time here. If youre looking for a company that is willing to help take on whatever challenge your business sets forth then I would recommend you look elsewhere.

I was a result of customer service a matter and I had to call them multiple times because they were unable to get myneephing or vietnamese number. The best way to describe it is that the company augustaitguys.com did not provide any kind of support at all for their customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
