They make it very difficult to get help from them and the only way you can actually get anything done is by waiting for months on end. Augato is a great company for getting Cloud-Native Software APPLICATION Development and Support. However their customer service is terrible. I had a customer that came in to need help with a Cloud-Native software application but the representative was so late and didnt know anything about it that I had to call back later to get help. The rest of the time the representative was so distant and doesnt seem to care about her customers. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
