I am extremely dissatisfied with Aurita.com.au. The company is terrible to work with and the app development process was incredibly difficult and time-consuming. I ended up having to call them several times during the development process because they were not meeting their deadlines or taking any responsibility for their mistakes. In addition the end product was very poor quality - it just did not meet my expectations at all.

Aurita.com.au is a terrible app development company I have had negative experiences with them every single day Ive been there They are very slow to develop and always do something thats not necessary like having to constantly check changes in the database. Also their employees are always very lazy and never ever help anyone even though theyre paid by the company to do this. They also never actually are able to do anything because theyre always working on their own project which usually means they dont actually work on the app itself but only on other things while the customer is sitting around doing nothing. Overall I would not recommend Aurita.com.au to anyone

I have had a couple of issues with this company and the customer service is terrible. The first time I had to call they were out of office and never received my call. After another issue where I was able to get hold of them after 2 hours but they were busy I was told that my call did not go through and that I needed to come back in 30 minutes or there would be a fine. I live in the city so having to wait for an hour is really frustrating. Lastly I had a problem with my phone and she set up a new one for me which was really fast shipping but the phone is now goneThe customer service here is terrible - they should be ashamed of themselves.
