butIm not sure how this business works. Ive stayed here a few times now and the service is either terrible or very slow. The location is great but the staff is absolutely terrible Theyre always talking on their cell phones or laughing when they dont have to be. Its really frustrating because it makes it hard to get anything done.

I was really excited to find this place because it sounded like it would be a great deal- cheaper than most places and with such great location service. Unfortunately the experience was terrible. The staff were unprofessional and didnt seem to care about their customers. They kept making me wait for hours without any indication that they were going to start serving food and then when I finally got served the food was really dry and not very good either. Overall I wouldnt recommend this place at all.

ed in a great HotelI was really looking forward to staying at this hotel but it didnt live up to my expectations. The location is great and the staff were very friendly but the property itself is not that well maintained. I also had some trouble getting access to my room because there was someone blocking the hallway from the front desk.

If youre looking for great location service and a good stay Authentic Entertainment is the place to go The Staff are really friendly and welcoming and they make sure that you have everything you need while in town. Plus the Location is REALLY good - just minutes from all of the action in town and also close to some really cool barsrestaurants.

safeI have had the pleasure of serving as a customer service representative for hours at time and have never experienced anything like the terrible experience I currently have. The company is located in a business area and away from any potential customers areas. The phone number just shy of the building is left up all day and into the night but they do not even leave their office. If youre going to be using this website be sure to send your money back and go somewhere else for entertainment.
