This company is a terrible. I have used their website and phone support numerous times now and have not had any good experiences. The phone support is terrible because they never seem to be able to find the issue and always want to try to solve the problem. The customer service is terrible because they are either unable to or unwilling to help. The business automaticit.com is also terrible. It has refused to let me log into my account twice now even though I have my account set up on company website.

Company AutomatedIt is a terrible business organization. They are constantly trying to one-up each other by offering less quality work for the same price. hierarchies are placed high up to stop anyone fromreports or anything like that. I have had to chase after them multiple times because I needed a job and they were not able to get me a job. worst of all they will send out employees who are only good at doing copywriting instead of people who can actually do something so you end up with this really sad kind of company culture. I would not recommend using their program at all.
