Automon has the worst customer service ever I called them numerous times and each time they were far away from their office. When I finally got through the person on the other end was so rude that it made me never want to speak to them again. The whole experience was terrible and I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

"I Have Had Two Aggravated Cases A Single Reopened Case"

I have had two aggravated cases a single reopened case in the past month and am considering moving to another stateregion if this doesnt help. Do not ever use company automon.com again. You will feel like a idiot for even tryingIm so sorry to hear that weve been having issues with our customer service. Were working hard to change that and want to ensure that you are getting the best possible care while in our care. but its not always easy Automon is terrible I had a refund sent to my account right away but then again sometimes that isnt available so please dont be surprised if it doesnt get sent to my account yet.

I was this companys original customer in the business of auto-filing cases. However since it has been taken over by Automonth I have had to find other options for my case. They are one of the few that is still able to keep their customer service high-quality. However the overall case management system is quite poorly designed and easier to use than Automonth. Overall I would not recommend using this company at all.
