I would not recommend this company. They are not reliable at all and their service is terrible. I had to call them multiple times for the same issue and they always charged me for the same thing even though it was different than when I first called them.

ServicesI have had two different IT Support Companies OutsourcedITGroup and I am not pleased with it. One was when something went wrong because the other company knew about it and didnt tell me. The other company was more like a subpar version of this one. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

ServicesI have hadECHrick for about 4 years now and it has been the worst experience ever. The people at company availtechgroup.com are absolutely terrible. I have had to call customer service multiple times and they are always very slow in getting back to you. The only good thing about this company is that they offer a great IT support service but if you do not get your work done with timezealous people like me then it is best to find another solution.
