replacement partsThis company is a complete scam I ordered a part for my computer and when it came in the mail it was defective. I called them and they said that I could return it and get a new one free. They were telling me that there was no way that this part could be defective because they had just received it from avansys.com.mx their own online store. Their website is full of fraudulent schemes like this so dont ever trust them

Do not waste your time with this company - theyre complete idiots. I bought a 2000 graphics card from them and it still isnt working. Im doing my best to contact them but they just dont respond to any of my emails. Do not bother going to this company

laptop repairsI had an awful experience with Avansys.com MX. They told me my laptop was broken and needed to be fixed but when I brought it in they said it was only a matter of time before it got fixed. Finally after months of waiting and numerous phone calls I finally received a call from the technician who claimed my laptop wasnt broken at all and that he would have to charge me for the repair. In addition I ended up having to pay for another service call because the tech couldnt fix my laptop even though it was clearly broken. Do not use this company if your laptop is ever in any kind of trouble

I just hired you to be our new Support Desk Crew. You will be responsible for a variety of support tasks such as responds to helpdesk questions creates issues reports and much more. All of which will require time and expertise that I am not one tenth as experienced as you currently exist within the company. Its been clear that youre not up to speed with the latest technologies and features which is why youre being used this way. Be sure that you are very possible to meet their needs and requirements when it comes to support tasks.Avansys has a bad user review where they state We need someone who can respond to helpdesk questions create issues reports and other support tasks. However he or she is not experienced enough to be used on this type of position.
