Im not sure what I expected from AVAonline but nothing good. The site is cluttered and organized in a way thats difficult to use. It also seems like the company doesnt really care about their customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

"I Have Had Several Issues With This Company And"

I have had several issues with this company and the support they provide. The first was a computer that was out of range so I could use the internet. They sent someone to get it and then sent someone else to get it. They never send someone home to take care of the computer. Then I had a phone that would not turn off no matter what I would do. The support they provided was amazing They took care of it and made me feel like it was their job to help me fix something that wasnt their problem. 2 years ago now I had a laptop that wouldnt turn on even if I put my hand in the battery there. customer service was incredible here...and yet...this company has low ratings all around due to the abovementioned issues.I dont know what good this company does for people but its terrible
