I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are in the business of selling telepresence and security robots but they do not seem to be very good at it. The robots themselves are really loud and they dont always work well. I also had a problem with their customer service - they didnt respond to my emails or phone calls very promptly.

The company is terrible. I bought a Telepresence robot and it has been nothing but problems. It keeps going out of range and wont let me talk to it. The customer service is also terrible. Ive had to get my money back multiple times.

Im not sure what this company does but I am unhappy with the results. The telepresence robot I was using did a great job at looking like someone I knew but it always turned out to be a fake. The people who used it said it worked great but I felt like it was just a fake too. Maybe they were supposed to look human but just work harder or be more organized Its not worth the cost of per-day costs and monthly dues to me.

I have had two bad experiences with Company Avarobotics. First I went to the store with my Telepresence and Security Robots in hand and after buying them I went to exchange them. The store did not let me exchange them so I got a new ones. Then I had an issue with my phone. It was working fine until I finally gave it up and came back to this review.I absolutely terrible customer service for this company because there are better things for people to do than write bad reviews of someone who is made out to be a negative entity. Are they really going to condense all of their time and effort into one place Thank you for your input
