I was veryConsumer-focused and did not want anything that could potentially harm my business or compromise its security. However their solution was absolutely terrible - it provided no real value for the money I spent on it and it actually made my business more insecure overall. Avoid this company if you can

-LLC is a company that provides technology solutions to its clients for their business. However the company has been in business for very little over a year and it has not been updated or developed much since then. So Im concerned about the quality of their services.Ive had several issues with my account being charged multiple times and with no way to change it. Ive also had to contact customer service multiple times and they never listen. I think this is a problem with Avatara-LLC because they lack good customer service and they sure as hell dont show interest in helping people who are unhappy with their account. If you have any issues at all please do not sign up with this company.This company is just a waste of time and money.
