"I Have Had Two Issues With This"

I have had two issues with this company in the past few months. The first issue was when I sent an inquiry for a--- and it came back from the customer service hours after I picked up the phone. I was very disappointed because I wanted to talk to someone about my television just got returned so we cant order one at all store wasnt happy about having to return such a valuable item right before Christmas received a call back from customer service hours later saying that they needed to see my receipt so they could apologize for the hold up

Company avconusa.com is a great resource because they offer good quality audio and video products at a reasonable price.
