I purchased a basque keyhole headphone ears and a custom home Aventus Software. I was very disappointed with the results of how the ear pieces would work. The ear pieces would not fit my head correctly and made my sound quality unacceptability. I called customer service and asked for a return but it was not possible to do so because their number was already taken. They did not have any information about what might have happened since they never sent my order. I had to contact another company that does business in the United States which told me that maybe my purchase went through but I would have to go through them again or try another store. This is an abusive customer service process that does not make it worth my time or money.
