I have never had such terrible service from a company. First of all I was told my computer was hacked and that there was no way to fix it because I needed a new one. Then after spending hours trying to fix the problem they said my old one would be just as good as the new one and wouldnt charge me anything for it Needless to say I wont be using this company again or recommending them to anyone.

AVID practice IT support and services is the worst I have used them in the past and they always seem to screw up. This time was no different. They told me my computer was crashed but it wasnt. Then they said my files were missing but they couldnt find them anywhere. Finally after numerous phone calls and emails I got ahold of someone who could actually help me fix my computer - and she did But now my files are back where they were before...and this company continues to be a complete disaster Avoid AVID practice IT support if you can

I was this companys customer service agent a few years back. And I can tell you that they are not as good as they used to be. They are still willing to take calls but all the conversation is about their current services and not about my old callers. Now they will take your call but dont actually listen to what you have to say. Do not continue working for them--it wont work.

I was this companys customer service Representative in Baltimore MD for 2 years. I was Provided free consultations when I first started using their services. Now I am leaving because of there new policy where your Consultations are only wound down if you do not Contacting us within a week of the service being received. We were previously given a year notice to contact them. Now we have to wait until now for our next consultation.Ive been dealing with this problem for weeks now and have went to other companies that give you a year notice but they also will not contact you back until after the service is received.After several attempts we have reached a dead end.We are adverse to the new companys business model where you need to contact them immediately after an automated system has arrived at your doorleinously long - and then has to be tracked down and back here again - like a ODD call center.
