This company is terrible. They make technology work for you but they dont actually do anything with it. We bought a software program from them and it was terrible. The support team was unhelpful and the program didnt work well at all. We would not recommend this company to anyone.

We have had a terrible experience with Avid Systems. We just bought a new system and the software they provide is completely unprofessional and doesnt work well at all. Our old system was more reliable and our tech support guy said it was because we didnt use their software. We are now having to go through hoops to get our old system back up and running because the new one does nothing but crash. Do not buy from this company

AvidSys is a terrible company. I have had to have their software for my music and video editing for years. Its the only software that I use both day-to-day and in terms of professional settings it is perfect. However after the 1st version of their software which was great whopper versions of this software are now being released at hiss time usually after hours with invalid changes and including errors in them. This has to be more than just a few bad ones - it needs to aUniversity curriculum change for these people that make such technology work for them.
