They seemed to be very specific about what they were doing and it did not seem effective at all. I also found their customer service to be unprofessional and unhelpful. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Im not impressed with this company. Theyre in the business of Aviiva Transforming Business Through Technology and they seem to be nothing more than a scam. The aviiva account I had was cancelled within 2 days of me creating it and theres no reason why that would have happened if their technology wasnt faulty in some way. Additionally my experience with their customer service was terrible. They were very unhelpful and condescending when I asked them questions about my account or the product. Overall I dont recommend this company at all.

I just registered with accountancy and it came out that I am a bad customer service customer. I have been dealing with this company for over two years now and not one problem has come up except for the once where I was unable to change the password in less than three months. Now the forget about perfect Aviiva is exactly what they say and more - bad customer service at its worst.I started using Aviiva in 2006 as an online resource for business transformation. And although the platform has changed over the years the fundamental philosophy remains same - enabling performance by empowering people to achieve excellence through innovation and impact. However over time I found that their technology solutions felt like they were pushing beyond my expectations - finally able to bring market leading results against some of the biggest players in the space. However during the year 201819 there were several problems with my account which should have been mentioned from time-up-time but instead we get here until now
