However Avilar has consistently disappointed me by released software only those who need it and has never given me access to its capabilities as a better way to manage my life. The 1 Competency Management Software is an essential tool for any business looking to improve its teams skillset or achieve specific goals. But for individuals that rely on their software less often Avilars release selection process is an important part of what makes the company work well for me.

I purchased this product because I was looking for a method to increase my knowledge and perfect my skills in 1 year. I was disappointed that it did not work out as planned. The program is Sagebrush It is an online management software with a focus on setting and managing goals. However the interface is confusing and there are too many features rather than just working with a few tools. The tools need to be used in synergy with each other to complete tasks effectively. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
