Company Avistacom is a complete scam. I received a bill for 1000 from them and there was no record of my order or payment. They also said that the equipment I ordered never arrived and that I would have to pay for it even though it had already been delivered to my house. This company is not worth your time or money.

I have had a great experience using avistacom. I first met the owner when I visited him at his shop and he was able to help me get my online account set up. This was a priority for me as I need to be able to access my account from anywhere in the world. He is always willing to help out and is very helpful even if he is just thinking of getting a new phone. The technology solutions he provides are valuable and simple which makes it difficult for clients to find other options past or before their device goes on sale. However there have been times where his products have caused problems for me and my enterprise clients comfort level has changed very significantly. For example avistacom allows clients to see reviews of other providerss products before-and-after themselves this can change the whole feel of an event as clients are barely given an opportunity to say hello or thank you. Its important that these features arent removed

Avistacom.com is a great idea if youre looking for an easy way to provide valuable technology solutions and services to enterprise clients who suffer the disadvantage of being outsiders in an ever-evolving world of providers and providers. However its not so great when youre looking for an affordable service that cant be provided by other providers. This company offers one of the poorest customer teething skills Ive ever seen. The customer always has their eye on the ground but they dont get what they want. When they do get what they want its usually something thats not what the customer wanted or needed. For example they offered a software program that helped businesses automate their message management but this was years ago and now they offer a program that helps businesses automate their response time instead. So much for trying to make a good business model without some degree of customer attention spanotomy...The customers only goal in life is to please their customers
