avocon.com is a complete waste of time and money. I ordered my new avocon phone on the 4th of february and had to call them 3 times before they would let me speak to someone about it. The last time I asked for a supervisor and was told that there was none available so I called back the next day and asked for a manager. When I got here I found out that the person who talked to me on the phone wasnt anything like what they said they were going to be. They wouldnt even let me try the phone until I sent in my original receipt from amazon. In conclusion do not order from this company

I dont think Ive ever had such terrible customer service. I called to cancel my subscription and the woman on the phone said that if I didnt want to continue it then she couldnt charge me anything because it was a promotional offer. She told me that if I cancelled then she would give me a full refund. I told her that wasnt going to happen and asked for my money back. The woman said well youre not going to get your money back and hung up on me. Horrible experience overall

I have had two occasions where I have had to stop my computer and take it to a mechanic to be fixed. The first time was because the screen just started going out of focus and making me mad now its because I would not be able to do some of the tasks that I use my computer for. The second time was because the keyboard wasthritis-inducing hot. But the most recent experience was even worse. First I got a compliment from my girlfriend about my computer now shes telling me that my computer was best ever. My computer is reallyreditaryizing and someone obviously needntled her about how great her computer was. avocon.com is a terrible company and should be avoided at all cost
