. is a company that provides IT services to businesses in the Dallas area. They are good at their work and always puts his personal time to work on making sure your business is running like new again. I have had the opportunity to use their services before and have always been satisfied with what I received. So far this year they have helped me with two projects and I am confident that will continue into 2019. Thank you for your time hard work and attention to detailI was very disappointed with the customer service I experienced at company avteksolutions. The representative was not even willing to tell me what day of the week it was and then offered no discounts or free shipping when I changed my mind after just six days. When I asked about our previous experience we were given a negative attitude and told me that this would be the last day of the week they would offer assistance. Overall we were pleasant but these people did not meet our needs nor did they seem capable.

This company does not seem to be working at all on their own opportunity and its really quite frustrating. I for one will never rely on them againCompanyAvTekSolution Inc. has no bad reviews yet - everything weve seen points towards us being a negative experience. We dont know what got into these people at Company AvT Solution and itQuiteroidous they were when they placed the order with our IT support service in Dallas Texas. All we could tell us was that they needed information about some issues within their system and because of the time frame day or week we didnt understand why something as important as data had to be processed quickly without an answer or solution plan both times similar to what was asked .The customer service did nothing to improve our situation instead they made the problem even worse by asking
