"I Have Had Two Problems With Company"

I have had two problems with company awecomm.com in the past 6 months. The first was a phone call that I did not receive for about 30 minutes and the second was where I was told I needed to change my password 4 times and then it changed to namecheap.com because of the gas additives in their website. Overall I have had very poor customer service and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had several issues with this company and I never get what I expect. I have had parts for my laptop break and for the computer to say its not compatible with this laptop anymore and it would show me pictures of previous laptops of mine that were from before they had the issue. Also my computer will not stop Bry keeps telling me to try and it doesbut it still does nothing. I even put a picture of my laptop in a box and sent it in to them asking for a replacement but they never send me one. They just changed their entire customer service attitude which is really bad because they are one of the best customer service companies Ive ever had.
