"I Was A Bit Disappointed With"
Axcess Corporation, Review Specifics:
I was a bit disappointed with the product. I thought it would be more user-friendly and than it was. For example when I could not get my password to enter into my account they told me that I needed to contact their customer service and that would be the end of the matter. However there were so many more things in the document that made me believe that this program was less user-friendly than what is depicted in the images. For example when I attempted to login on one of the pages I felt like I was being forced to do a password reset because there was no way for me to feel comfortable doing so other than by logging out and back in new information. In additiononce I had connected to their network and everything worked correctly I could sign in with my Username andpassword and all other fields were correct but when I tried to sign in to a different site or app there was a screen shot of an email from axcess.us which said
