I was really disappointed in this company. I ordered a recovery service and it never arrived which left me without my data. I had to go through their customer service and they were absolutely terrible. They refused to do anything about it and just said that it would have to wait for another day. Needless to say I wont be using this company again.

I have never seen anything as terrible as this company. They charged me over 500 for a service that I did not even need and then said it was my fault because I didnt take the time to document what I needed done. This is a scam and I do not recommend them to anyone.

Axiom Recovery is a terrible company. I have had to use them for years now and I have never been so unhappy. They are always trying to up the game and do new things but they never make it easy for me. If they do something bad its because they think Ill forget its happening and then I can go back to enjoying my life. This company does not seem to understand that you as a customer should be able to handle your money rather than have someone else take care of it for you.

Axiom Recovery is a terrible company. I have had excellent experiences with other companies through the years but after following a bad experience by one of their employees I never go back. The person that was involved in the experience was wonderful and it was definitely not their fault.
