I have used Ayaassociates.com for a number of years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. However the recent experience I had was unfortunately not good. I leased office space and noticed that there were several areas where flooring was missing or in poor condition. When I brought this to their attention they said that it would be too late to do anything about it since the lease was up. They then proceeded to tell me that they did not actually offer any assistance when it came to finding new flooring and that I should just go ahead and buy the existing flooring myself because there was no way they could help with this issue. Needless to say this business is definitely not worth my time or money - especially given how easily they can t solve problems without taking sides

Overall this company is a total scam - do not bother buying their product
