If it wasnt for your incompetence I would never have bought anything from you ever again Thank goodness that I was able to return the rocks because otherwise I wouldve been out a lot of money

I have had a bad experience with azgs.az.gov The website is incredibly slow and the customer service is terrible. I was told my email address was incorrect and that I needed to contact customer service to fix it but never received a response. My order didnt arrive until after two days because they were out of stock and the product I ordered wasnt even correct- it was an error on their part Overall avoid this company if you can

I have never had such terrible customer service from a company. They kept telling me my data was wrong and it wasnt. Then they said I needed to give them more money for the same thing. Do not bother using this company if you are in the Arizona area

I just had a conversation with a customer service Rep who said that they have never had any issues with AZGS. Im not sure what shes talking about.AZGS has been in business for over 1800 years now and many things have changed since then. I also am not sure if you have ever asked for help from customer service and they have not given it to you. You should always ask for help in order to get the best possible experience when using AZGS.
