I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. The first time I called the customer service rep said they would be happy to help but then never did. The second time I called same thing happened- they told me they couldnt do anything because it was their policy not to work with companies that do business with Orange County. Finally today I finally got through to someone and asked for a refund for services that were already done. They told me no refunds were given out because the company had closed down a few months ago. This is the worst experience Ive ever had and will never recommend this company to anyone.

I just got out of my first customer service contract with B3NET Inc. I found the company to be very user friendly and efficient. However I had a few extremely minor scratches in the wood on my flooring and they came back to me immediately to correct the errors. Im very impressed with their customer service and would definitely recommend them to others.
