de seguridad para empresasI have had a negative experience with Back9.com.ve the company in question provides software that is designed to secure businesses online presence. The program has been ineffective and I have had several issues along the way. First I was not able to get my account created until after months of waiting and then it took me weeks to finally receive my first payment for my purchase--a process that was very time-consuming and frustrating. Second the software does not work as promised in fact it often fails to connect to the internet at all even when I am connected through wired or wireless networks. Finally the customer service did not seemto be very responsive or knowledgeable about what their product could do--certainly an undesirable trait in such a high-volume business such as this one.

Ive had several problems with their software and they have always been more than willing to try to help me fix them. But in the end its just not worth it because their prices are pretty high compared to other companies in this business.
