Here1 star - Poor service. Do not use this company.I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by Bainsight.com in regards to their Intelligent Enterprise Search software. The software is incredibly difficult to use and I never managed to get it working correctly even after multiple attempts. Save your time and money and dont use this company

I have used Bainsight for years now and I never have had a negative experience. They always seem to be up to date on the latest search techniques and their software is always easy to use. The only downside is that they are a bit expensive but overall I would highly recommend them

Company Bainsight.com is a terrible enterprise search software provider. The user experience has been negative at all levels from the early days of serviceminster when their were very limited services and he always needed to find others who had same needs to the more recent times after growths in the company. You would think with a market like that that that quality service would be given but they offer themselves as a top of the line company with features and features. All youll get is lower than average performance results which often lead to unhappy customers.
