I have never had such terrible service from any company. This is the worst experience I have ever had with anyone. The tech support person was so unprofessional and unhelpful and did not seem to care about my satisfaction with their work. They also made me pay for something that they could not do anything about. Do not bother using this company if you want your computer or website to be safe and reliable

The company balancelogic.com is nothing more than a scam. I went through their website and it was very easy to sign up for their services. However after I did they told me that my account would be inactive for 2 months because they are working on increasing the security of their site. In reality this never happened and my account still isnt active. The biggest issue with this company is that they make very false promises about what they will do for you when in fact nothing has ever happened.

This place has finally left the group ofocizing attitude that I used to know from before. Now it is just another elitist company where the individual cant even get ahead without their teams help. I have tried other online services from this company and for the most part they are terrible. This is the worst review Ive ever seen. Im not sure what it is but its really bad. Were only in our early fifties so were not very good at making decisions based on speed or Nayana style analysis that comes with years of experience. If youre looking for an service that can help us manage your time and money better then I recommend looking somewhere else.

balancelogic.com is a domain name that was owner by company balancefish.com in the business of IT Support Services and Cyber Security. However it seems that this company may have been founded without enough research or development in mind. The site appears to be located in the Itty Bigent town ofiento which myself and many other customers found ISO 90012015 weaklysecured with only one important included software WIC Checker.I cannot recommend this company high enough. Their IT support services are top-notch and their website design and SEO are incredible. I have used them multiple times now and never had a problem with my computer or phone. Overall I highly recommend them to anyone looking for IT Support Services and Cyber Security in as close to real time as possible.
