Do not use this website. It is terrible. The only thing good about it is that it offers free shipping on all orders over 50. However the customer service is terrible and they do not seem to care about their customers. I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

Im not sure what the problem is but Im going to try to fix it.This company is a total waste of time and money. I have been using their services for just under two months now and I am very disappointed in the results. I have had a few different designers come in to help me with my originally created pieces and they have all been terrible. This particular company has been the worst as far as design quality goes. My items have been basic and basic enough- ive had to send them back because they are not what I wanted. The people that have come in to help me have been very unprofessional and didnt seem to care about their work. The only thing that this company has done right is know how to create a piece of art and now she has became the best at design The customer is definitely getting what she wants for her price range but this company isnt it.

I am very disappointed with the company balmar.com. I have been using this site for years and have always had a great experience. But now it is absolutely terrible. First they do not have any United States customers so you get to type in Canada and get the results you want. Then they have a limit on what you can write which is really limiting. Plus the customer service is horrible. They are always busy but there is no one to talk to. I recommend against using this site.The company has a lot of bad reviews because they do not follow through with promised promises do not crafts quality products and has slow customer service.
