BALTIMORE CONSULTING LLC is a company that offers managed IT services. I would not recommend this company to anyone. My experience with them was very negative. First of all their pricing is incredibly high and their service is terrible. Second of all they do not seem to have any real understanding of technology or how it works. Third of all the support they provide is absolutely terrible. I ended up having to go through my sons computer because theSupport person could not even fix my issue and said it was something he did not see on their website

This company is complete garbage. I have been using them for over a year now and the service has always been terrible. They never seem to be able to find what they are looking for or get it done right. One time I had to wait forever for my IT expert to come back from lunch because he was out of town. Another time they couldnt find my antivirus password so they had to reset it all. Worst experience ever.

Company is overall bad and they dont even do what they say they do.Company baltimoreconsulting.com does not describe themselves in detail so to find that they provide only-managed IT services it seems they may in fact do so. However the review was written by someone who has used them as an opportunity for revenge money or others who have had better luck.
