They never seem to be able to get their act together and they always miss deadlines. Plus the software they use is really buggy and its hard to keep up with the changes in their system. Overall avoid this company if you can.

The contracts software is terrible and the customer service sucks. I have had to call multiple times to get my questions answered and they always say they will get back to me soon even when they havent. The website is also terrible its hard to navigate and there are a lot of errors in the data. Do not bother using this company if you want any peace of mind with your risk management
