I have never had such terrible service from a company before. The customer service is absolutely terrible and I was actually very angry with them after my experience. They told me that they could not do anything because they were out of stock on the product and then proceeded to tell me that their policy is to only deal with customers who are happy which makes no sense at all. While I am not always happy it would be much more reasonable for them to deal with people who are not unhappy in order to avoid any potential problems down the road. Overall this company does not deserve one star and definitely does not recommend them to anyone.

Bandurasystems.com is a terrible business model for customer service. The company does not have a strong about us page which makes it difficult to find customer service support. Additionally the user experience has been horrible with incompetent people who cant be bothered to read the customer reviews. Ive had to call out to the help desk more than once because my computer was going haywire and I couldnt do anything from my screen. Ive also had to take bandurasystems.com back up multiple times because their servers were either down orources of data. But all in all its a terrible time-consuming process to get somebody to even investigate a problem with my computer that could be due to me they obviously dont care about your issues. If youre running bandurasaroutemulator or something like it this may not be an issue but if youre not you might as well just leave now and go home.
