I just moved to Missouri and gave bankBcm.com a try. I was disappointed that the customer service was not available in Indiana. The phone number is always closed off so its hard to get through. But they are willing to help though emailing very quickly when you have a question. Overall Im happy with the experience but think other regions would be better suited for bankBcm.com
