intimidation and disbelief when I first saw the website. I thought it was a joke. But after looking at all of the features I realized this is a real business with a lot of potential. The customer service is amazing and they were so helpful in getting me set up with the right account and helping me get started on my community. Bathory.com is a terrible online community management company The user reviews are incredibly negative and many of the features included in the rest of the software are nowhere to be found on this site. For example theres a feature post system where users can share their latest posts with other Bathory.com members but the system is barely mentioned at all. Additionally therere features which are either disabled or make much use of pre-existing relationships instead of building new ones - like our support group feature. Thisctrlcontrols
