This company is a complete scam. The first time I contacted them they said that my computer was down and needed to be fixed. They then claimed that there was no way for me to fix it because their technicians were all busy. Next they said that my internet service was being interrupted so they needed to set up a new service plan. After numerous phone calls and emails I finally received an estimate for the services I required and even though the cost was much more than what they initially quoted they still charged me When I inquired about why the charges were higher than what they originally quoted the only response I got was thats how we do things here. Its clear that this company is not in any shape or form interested in helping their customers - instead they focus on taking advantage of those who are willing to give them money. This is definitely not a company you want working with your technology needs - make sure you do your research before handing over any cash

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The service they provide is terrible and the quality of their work is poor. I have had to contact them multiple times for different issues and every time I have been extremely disappointed with the response time and lack of communication. Additionally their prices are very high and their customer service is nonexistent. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Do not use this company. I spent over 1000 with them and there is still no response from them about a 247 IT Support Project that was supposed to be completed months ago. They also managed my service while I was out of the country which resulted in me having to pay for another months worth of services when I finally received a response back from them.
