SolutionsBarcom Security Solutions is a customer service horror story. I started using their services in the early months of 2018 and was very pleased with the results. However everything changed when we were involved in a Central Illinois - Barcom Security Solutions matter. The companys phone system went down for hours on end and my husband was able to track down the phone number of the person who had left it up and lost interest in our business. Unfortunately there are moments like this where good customer service is sorely lacking. Were sorry to hear that Barcom Security Solutions missed your call this time around. We appreciate your experience at our company and hope you can continue to feel comfortable have us be your security solutions provider.

Barcom Security is a terrible business model for company barom security. They are trying to be all things to everyone and not take care of their customers that way. The service they offer is second-to-none but the price tag is quit high. I have had to call them multiple times because my home was being broken in you cant even see the breakable object and they never got there until after it was already too late. overall this company isnt worth your time or money.
