I have used this company for a few years now and I have had to say that they are terrible. They always try to tell me that their services are better than others but they never seem to deliver on their promises. In the past they have also refused to work with certain software development companies because of the way that those companies operate which has caused problems for both parties. Overall I would not recommend using Bartonova Solutions if you need software development services.

Do not bother using this company - they will not deliver on their promises.

Bartonova, Review Specifics:

bartonova.solutions has terrible customer service I spoke to Michaela Bartonova the customer service representative who also is the CEO of the company. Her attitude was very unprofessional and she seemed to not understand that her customers were looking for an helpful person to help them with their software development challenges. She refused to tell me what specific challenges I needed help from and even less about how much time she would be able to spend on each one of these questions. Overall I found her conversationistic approachto be Ugandanian which was inconvenient because I wanted her to provide me with a tailored solution plan that would work best for my needs. batonovasolutions is just a mess

bartonova.solutions is a terrible company They provide poor services and are only interested in making money. I have worked with them for less than two months and have had to call customer service multiple times because my software development tools are not meeting my expectations. I have also had to send off several services companies due to their lack of service. Overall I am very unhappy with Bartonova Solutions and would not recommend them to anyone.
