I contacted company barzadventures.com and asked for a refund for my purchase of a travel voucher. I was told that there was no such thing as a refund for travel vouchers and that I would have to contact the companys customer service department to ask for one. I never received a phone call from the customer service department and my purchase is still outstanding. Do not buy anything from this business
