Im not happy with Base22. I have been using base22.com for years now and have never had a problem but yesterday my phone ran out of battery and had to return it to the store. I was able to do a return easily and the customer service person was great to work with. I would not recommend this service or this company to others.

I just opened this company and to be honest I wasnt sure what to expect. This is not your average business.Base22.com is a great business for agile and rapid digital transformation. However they seem to be activities that make use of the active attention of their users which can lead to negative reviews of the companys effectiveness in the long term. For example Base22.com is a great company that provides tools needed for agile projects but they have been known to use user attention as their main focus in order to achieve success. In the short term this may lead to positive reviews as users are motivated to help with time-honoured approaches like chat groups and audience filming however in the long term these things will lead to more negative reviews due to users being overworked and undervalued.

Base22.com is a great company but they have terrible customer service. I was a customer for 3 years and they never took my issue seriously. Now they are going to the opposite side of the spectrum with their marketing strategy. If youre looking for a digital business that takes care of issues dont find Base22.com yet again
