I have had batonsystems.com for about 4 years now and never been happier. However their new business model is bad. First they give you a code to my work pass and then can system systems to your home cinema room free of charge. If you dont have a system yet they provide an link to the companys website where you can sign up for a trial account and start using their productSymphony. After that it is just 5month or 100 per year or more if I decide to keep the service after this year. This was great value given their Duplex solution riadexpertbatonsystems.com is terrible They are always trying to add new features that go against what users are meant to do with their power but in order for them to get through the process they use other ways like making people feel uncomfortable such as social media campaigns etc.

I was this customer for 2 years and I never had a problem with their products. But now Ive been back and forth between their site and phone number since they first started selling them. Now theyre just going through the box-and-packets methods again. Not worth the price of a product you dont need or want.
