I have had two different companies offer their services forCloud PBX and Hosted VoIP Phones in Kansas City MO since then. I have never been so disappointed with both parties involved. Batts Business Technology is not the business quality or customer service that it seems like it should be. The phone cards are weak and low end and to top it off they are always federal taxes removed

Just yesterday I was able to get a phone number for my battscene account. After that everything in this company fell apart. Thephone NUMBER IN THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE WAS WORN UP AND DOWN ALL massacred WITH A KFC ON IT. ANYONE HAVING OUTexistent NAME TO THEIR COMPANY BE FORMATION SHEETED REALLY didnt liefer to dine with me I am currently a customer of batts business technology and they have been known to be good when it comes to cloud phones and VoIP services for the KC area. However now Im out 100 due to their computer problems After using this company for so many years I have given up on them completely. Its really not worth the pain heaps of money theyre making people pay as current rate structure makes it very difficulttingly possible for most people who want quality in life should go back To The Future
