I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not seem to care about their customers and do not seem to have any idea of how to properly manage IT services. The hardware they provide is very outdated and does not work well. I also had a terrible experience with the customer service.

Bay Pointe Technology is a terrible company. Weve had two different technicians come out to our office and both said that the hardware they were going to order was too expensive or not up to par. The first technician said it would cost us 1000 more than what we originally budgeted and the second Technician said it would be almost double what we initially budgeted. Do not recommend this company - they are nothing more than scam artists

baypointetech.com Bay Pointe Technology is a company that provides IT services to colocation spaces and hardware stores. They do this in order to get better performance from the servers and storage and to help small businesses save money. However the company has had some issues with certain aspects of their work which have led to user reviews online giving it a bad review. One user who has many years of experience of being a full-time IT customer service officer for a major tech company said that BayPointe TECH is null and dangerous. The users have mentioned everything from lack of customer service seconds there are none failure to Playing With Fire a feature they seem to always need added Iowa State Roku boxes cant be set up because they dont allow you to use port S-1 or S-2 as well as others. The most recent one is that the users have had problems with the companys software for months on
