RentalsI did not have a positive experience with Bay State Rentals. The property I rented from was dirty and there were also problems with the heat. There were also problems with the tenant who was always late for their rent and never communicated well. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

LoansI dont know what to say other than this company is a complete scam. They promise you loans and then when you get the money they ask for too much in interest payments which makes it almost impossible to pay off the loan. Save your time and money and dont use bayst.com

But recently their prices have gotten better but their services have not. I do not think that this company is good for anyone other than people who really need it.
