Unfortunately their Digital Transformation services are nothing more than a scam.I have been a customer of BBT Digital for over two years now and I am absolutely appalled by the level of incompetence they display in theirDigital Transformation services. The first time I ever had an issue with them was when my website stopped working after being updated to version 3.3. They took forever to diagnose the problem and even longer to fix it which meant that most of my customers could not access my site until after dark. Their tech support team is also notoriously unhelpful and unyielding which makes finding someone who can help you with your problems very difficult. Overall this company is simply not worth your time or money - if you need help with anything related to digital transformation go somewhere else

Digital is a complete digital agency that helps businesses of all sizes achieve their digital goals.Digital Transformation doesnt work. Ive tried this company and the Digital Agency for years now and it just keeps getting worse and worse. The digital strategy is always changing but the work isnt getting done because theres no coordination or communication between people at BBT Digital and businesses. The only thing that has been improving lately is the customer service but even then its not good enough to save the business from being shut down by another debacle like this one happened with Twilio.

They are in the business of Digital Transformation - Digital Agency and their goal seems to be nothing more than creating chaos and making life difficult for people who want to do whats best for their businesses. The entire process was incredibly rushed and confusing and the end result was a lot of wasted time and money. I would not recommend this company to anyone

I have had two jobs since 2014 where I was constantly working against my own will and not able to do anything on my free time. One was working as a secretarialist in an office for a year and the other was working as an online customer service agent for a little over a month. I absolutely cannot say that I enjoy either of those jobs one bit. Company bbtdigital.com is definitely not doing what they are supposed to be doing with this user.

However this review is about a year ago and has since been deleted.I have had the pleasure of working with BBTDI for the past two years now and can say that they are some of the best customers service I have ever experienced. They keep to their promises and does whatever they says it will do while also making sure that you are really using the results as they promise them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service and an amazing digital agency

I have had a bad experience with company bbtdigital.com. The site wasis electronics without any due diligence or information about what it is being used for. I had to contact customer service multiple times to get help with this site and then were they would only help with the problems I was having with the site. I have now removed the site from my account and will not be returning to this site.
