I just moved from Louisiana to New York and I am very disappointed in the service we received from Blue Cross. The myRanger app was terrible and needed a update so that I could see if my policy was still good or not. The website was also struggling to keep up with the changing names of our states so they kept adding new policies that were never meant to be true. Overall we were very unhappy with Blue Cross and their service quality was terrible. If you are moving here I would suggest looking for a different health insurance company instead of Blue Cross.

They are always trying to up the game and now theyre also trying to try and dovish better things. I just wanted to give my money back andazz inthe business of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana.
