I called them and left a message asking if they could send me an accurate description of what their services are because I was really looking forward to using them. No response yet...Im going to give up on this one

I have had three different accounts with bcmmphs.com and it has been the worse experience of all of them. The first time I used it I was a very good customer service person. They gave me a support number and I could reach them through there. The next time I used it they were trying toAdd my account to their list of supported methods but I refused to add my account to their list because I felt that was against theiruee policy. The third time it happened after I made a purchase from their store. I sent an email letting them know what was going on and they opeated to do something about the problem but they never did. Its been everything since we started our business.
